Appointments & booking- Appointments are reserved after you complete the booking flow.
- Availability is shown based on shop schedules and blocked times.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Some appointments may require a deposit to reserve the time slot.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
- If a payment fails or is not completed, the appointment may not be confirmed.
- Cancellation and rescheduling options may be provided via email links.
- No-show policies may apply depending on timing and shop rules.
